New for 2024! - we want to share our passion for Cocktail making with you! We are proud to announce our new Cocktail Workshops and Mixology Masterclasses! Our fantastic workshops and Masterclasses are listed in our "booked Events" or why not book a class for a small party, direct to your door?
2024 also promises to be another busy and exciting year at Summer Valley - Watch this space, we have new and exciting things planned including Cocktail Making class activities every week!
2023
Well, 2022 was a blast! In 2023 we have had a brilliant Summer at Summer Valley and we have had the honour of providing our bar services for some gorgeous Weddings. Congratulations to all our newly married couples!
Whilst fulfilling our booked weddings and our summer on the Park, we also took it a little bit of a step back this year due to some personal health issues and recovery from an operation, so, due to our own choice, we had a little bit of a slower year this year.
On a positive note, we managed to fit in a well-deserved holiday and oh my days, did we bring back some awesome Cocktail recipes from the States and Caribbean that went down a storm at Summer Valley!
Look out 2024, we will be running on all cylinders!
Summer 2022
Following the success of 2021, we are proud to announce that as of March 2022, we were granted a Premises License at Summer Valley Touring Park and will be serving all of the lovely holiday makers from our beloved Roxy from 30th May 2022!

We are so happy to be welcomed back to Summer Valley Touring Park this summer, with bigger and better ideas for an amazing season for all!
Wedding enquiries are also coming in thick and fast and with the announcement of a proposed reform of wedding law proposing to allow couples greater flexibility over the form their wedding ceremonies will take, the future couldn't be any more exciting!
